The Hydraforce 5123152 (5123152) is a direct-acting, poppet-type, proportional pressure relieving valve designed for precise control in hydraulic systems. This TS58-20X model regulates pressure proportionally to the input electrical current, making it highly adaptable for various applications requiring dynamic pressure adjustments. The valve features a design that blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to open the valve. In situations where no electrical current is applied, the valve allows free flow from port 1 to port 2, providing flexibility in operation. It comes equipped with standard 12 and 24 volt coils and offers optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in harsh environments. An industry common cavity ensures compatibility with a wide range of systems. Additionally, port 1 can be protected by a 150 mesh screen, and any back pressure is additive to the pressure setting at a 1:1 ratio, allowing for precise control over system pressures.
