The Hydraforce 5123147 (5123147) is a direct-acting, poppet-type, proportional pressure relieving valve designed for precise pressure regulation in hydraulic systems. This model, known as the TS58-20X, operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until sufficient pressure at port 1 opens the valve. The regulated pressure is directly proportional to the input electrical current, allowing for accurate control in various applications. In the absence of electrical current, the valve allows free flow between ports. It features standard 12 and 24-volt coils and offers optional waterproof E-Coils with an IP69K rating for enhanced durability in demanding environments. Additionally, port 1 can be protected by a 150 mesh screen to prevent contamination. The valve's design includes an industry-common cavity, ensuring compatibility with various hydraulic systems. Back pressure is additive to the pressure setting at a 1:1 ratio, providing flexibility in system design and operation.
