The Hydraforce 5123080P (5123080P) is a direct-acting, poppet-type, proportional pressure relieving valve designed for precise control in hydraulic systems. This valve, known as the TS58-20X, regulates pressure proportionally to the input electrical current, allowing for fine-tuned adjustments in various applications. It features a robust construction with a 150 mesh screen option to protect Port 1 from debris. The valve operates by blocking flow from Port 1 to Port 2 until the pressure at Port 1 reaches a level sufficient to open the valve. In the absence of an electrical current, it allows free flow between these ports. The TS58-20X comes standard with 12 and 24 volt coils and offers optional waterproof E-Coils with an IP69K rating for enhanced durability in harsh environments. Its compatibility with industry-common cavities makes it versatile and easy to integrate into existing systems. Additionally, any back pressure is added to the pressure setting at a 1:1 ratio, ensuring consistent performance across varying conditions.
