The Hydraforce 5123073NS (5123073NS) is a direct-acting, poppet-type, proportional pressure-relieving valve designed for precise fluid control applications. This valve features a unique capability where the regulated pressure is directly proportional to the input electrical current, allowing for fine-tuned adjustments in hydraulic systems. It operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until sufficient pressure at port 1 opens the valve, ensuring efficient system performance. When no electrical current is applied, the valve allows free flow from port 1 to port 2. The TS58-20X model comes with standard 12 and 24-volt coils and offers optional waterproof E-Coils with an IP69K rating for robust protection against dust and water ingress. Additionally, it features an industry-common cavity design, making it versatile and easy to integrate into various systems. Port 1 can be protected by a 150 mesh screen for enhanced durability and reliability in demanding conditions. The back pressure is additive to the pressure setting at a 1:1 ratio, providing consistent performance across different operational scenarios. This product is ideal for applications requiring precise control of hydraulic pressures in various fluid power systems.
