The Hydraforce 5123049 (5123049) is a pilot-operated, spool-type, proportional pressure relieving valve designed for precise pressure control in demanding applications. This valve, identified by its model code and material number, can be infinitely adjusted across a specified range using a variable electric input, making it highly versatile. The TS12-27X model operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 surpasses the induced spring force, allowing the pilot section to open. Without electrical input, the valve relieves at its maximum set pressure. By applying current to the coil, the required pressure for opening from port 1 to port 2 is proportionally decreased. The product features several adjustable pressure ranges and offers factory preset fixed pressure models for convenience. It is constructed with hardened parts to ensure long life and durability.
