The Hydraforce 5122856 (5122856) is a pilot-operated, spool-type, proportional pressure-relieving valve designed for precise control in demanding applications. This valve is engineered to be infinitely adjustable across a specified range using variable electric input, where the regulated pressure is inversely proportional to the input electrical current. The TS12-27X model effectively functions as a pressure limiting device by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 overcomes the spring force in the pilot section. Without any electrical current applied, it relieves at its maximum set pressure; however, applying current proportionally decreases the required opening pressure from port 1 to port 2. This product features several adjustable pressure ranges and offers factory preset fixed pressure models for tailored applications. It is constructed with hardened parts to ensure long-lasting performance and durability. The valve accommodates standard 12 and 24-volt coils and fits an industry-common cavity.
