The Hydraforce 5122850 (5122850) is a direct-acting, single-stage, poppet-type, proportional pressure-relieving valve known as the TS38-20. This valve is designed to regulate pressure proportionally to the input electrical current. In operation, it blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to counteract the solenoid force induced electrically. When no current is applied, the valve allows free flow between these ports. The TS38-20 features an industry-common cavity and offers a manual override option for added versatility. This makes it suitable for applications requiring precise pressure control and adaptability in hydraulic systems where varying electrical currents dictate operational parameters.
