The Hydraforce 5122839 (5122839) is a pilot-operated, spool-type, proportional, pressure relieving valve designed for precise control in demanding applications. This versatile valve can be infinitely adjusted across a specified range using a variable electric input, with the regulated pressure being inversely proportional to the input electrical current. The TS12-27X model is ideal for use as a pressure limiting device, blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until sufficient pressure at port 1 overcomes the spring force to open the pilot section. In its default state with no current applied, the valve relieves at maximum set pressure; however, applying current to the coil decreases the pressure required to open the valve proportionally. Featuring several adjustable pressure ranges and factory preset fixed pressure models, this valve is built with hardened parts for durability and long life. It accommodates both 12 and 24 volt coils as standard and fits an industry common cavity. For enhanced protection against environmental factors, optional waterproof E-Coils are available with ratings up to IP69K.
