The Hydraforce 5122832 (5122832) is a pilot-operated, spool-type, proportional, pressure relieving valve known for its ability to be infinitely adjusted across a specified range using a variable electric input. This valve is designed to function as a pressure limiting device in demanding applications, making it suitable for environments where precise pressure control is essential. The TS12-27X model blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 surpasses the induced spring force, allowing the pilot section to open. Without any electrical current applied, the valve relieves at its maximum set pressure. By applying current to the coil, the pressure needed to open the valve from port 1 to port 2 decreases proportionally. This model offers several adjustable pressure ranges and comes with an option for factory preset fixed pressures. Constructed with hardened parts, it ensures long-lasting performance. The valve accommodates both 12 and 24 volt coils as standard and fits into an industry common cavity.
