The Hydraforce 5122829 (5122829) is a pilot-operated, spool-type, proportional pressure relieving valve designed for precise pressure control in demanding applications. This valve allows for infinite adjustment across a specified range through variable electric input, with the regulated pressure inversely proportional to the input electrical current. It functions as a pressure limiting device by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until sufficient pressure at port 1 overcomes the spring force to open the pilot section. In its default state, without any electrical current applied, the valve relieves at its maximum set pressure. The application of electrical current to the coil decreases the required pressure for opening from port 1 to port 2 proportionally. The TS12-27X is available in several adjustable pressure ranges and includes factory preset fixed pressure models. It features hardened parts for enhanced durability and offers standard coil options of 12 and 24 volts. Additionally, it fits an industry common cavity and has optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for robust performance in harsh environments.
