The Hydraforce 5122794 (5122794) is a pilot-operated, spool-type, proportional pressure relieving valve designed for precise pressure control in demanding applications. This valve allows for infinite adjustment across a specified range using a variable electric input, with the regulated pressure inversely proportional to the input electrical current. It functions as a pressure limiting device by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until sufficient pressure at port 1 overcomes the spring force and opens the pilot section. Without current applied, it relieves at maximum set pressure; applying current decreases the required opening pressure proportionally. The TS12-27X features several adjustable pressure ranges and factory preset fixed pressure models, ensuring versatility in application. Constructed with hardened parts for enhanced durability, it offers standard 12 and 24-volt coils and fits industry-common cavities.
