The Hydraforce 5122784P (5122784P) is a pilot-operated, spool-type, proportional pressure relieving valve designed for demanding applications where precise pressure control is essential. This valve can be infinitely adjusted across a prescribed range using a variable electric input, with the regulated pressure being inversely proportional to the input electrical current. It functions as a pressure limiting device by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to overcome the spring force and open the pilot section. In its default state with no current applied, the TS12-27X relieves at maximum set pressure; however, applying current to the coil reduces the pressure required for relief proportionally. Notable features include several adjustable pressure ranges and factory preset fixed pressure models, as well as hardened parts for extended durability. The valve comes standard with 12 and 24-volt coils and fits into an industry common cavity.
