The Hydraforce 5122777P (5122777P) is a pilot-operated, spool-type, proportional pressure relieving valve designed for demanding applications where precise pressure control is crucial. This valve can be infinitely adjusted across a specified range using a variable electric input, making it highly versatile for pressure limiting tasks. The regulated pressure of the TS12-27X model is inversely proportional to the electrical current input. In operation, the valve blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to overcome the spring force and open the pilot section. Without any current applied, it relieves at its maximum set pressure, and as current is applied, the required pressure to open from port 1 to port 2 decreases proportionally. The valve features several adjustable pressure ranges and also offers factory preset fixed pressure models for specific needs. Constructed with hardened parts, it ensures long-lasting performance and reliability. The TS12-27X accommodates standard 12 and 24 volt coils and fits into an industry-common cavity.
