The Hydraforce 5122777 (5122777) is a pilot-operated, spool-type, proportional pressure relieving valve designed for demanding applications where precise pressure control is necessary. This valve can be infinitely adjusted across a specified range using a variable electric input, with the regulated pressure being inversely proportional to the input electrical current. The TS12-27X model effectively functions as a pressure limiting device by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until sufficient pressure at port 1 overcomes the spring force to open the pilot section. When no electrical current is applied, the valve relieves at its maximum set pressure; however, applying current decreases the required pressure to open the valve proportionally. The product features several adjustable pressure ranges and offers factory preset fixed pressure models. It is constructed with hardened parts for extended durability and comes with standard 12 and 24-volt coils. The valve fits an industry-common cavity and has optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced environmental protection.
