The Hydraforce 5122776 (5122776) is a pilot-operated, spool-type, proportional pressure relieving valve designed for demanding applications where precise pressure control is crucial. This valve can be infinitely adjusted across a specified range using a variable electric input, with the regulated pressure being inversely proportional to the input electrical current. Functioning as a pressure limiting device, the TS12-27X model blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until sufficient pressure at port 1 overcomes the induced spring force to open the pilot section. Without any electrical current applied, it will relieve at its maximum set pressure, while applying current proportionally decreases the required opening pressure between ports. The TS12-27X offers several adjustable pressure ranges and includes factory preset fixed pressure models for flexibility in various applications.
