The Hydraforce 5122764 (5122764) is a direct-acting, poppet-type, proportional pressure-relieving valve designed to regulate pressure in hydraulic systems. This valve operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until sufficient pressure is present at port 1 to open the valve. When no electrical current is applied, the valve allows free flow between these ports. This model features a regulated pressure that is proportional to the input electrical current, providing precise control over system pressure. The TS58-20X can be equipped with either 12 or 24-volt coils as standard, and optional waterproof E-Coils are available with an IP69K rating for enhanced durability in harsh environments. The design includes an industry common cavity and offers the option of protecting port 1 with a 150 mesh screen. Additionally, back pressure is additive to the pressure setting at a 1:1 ratio, allowing for flexible integration into various hydraulic applications where precise pressure control is required.
