The Hydraforce 5122762 (5122762) is a direct-acting, poppet-type, proportional pressure relieving valve designed for precise pressure regulation in hydraulic systems. This versatile valve operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to open the valve. The regulated pressure is directly proportional to the electrical current input, allowing for precise control over system pressure. When no electrical current is applied, the valve allows free flow from port 1 to port 2. The TS58-20X model accommodates standard 12 and 24-volt coils and offers optional waterproof E-Coils with an IP69K rating for enhanced durability in harsh environments. Additionally, it features an industry-common cavity design and can include a protective 150 mesh screen at port 1. Back pressure is added to the pressure setting at a 1:1 ratio, which can be beneficial for systems requiring specific back pressure management. This product is ideal for applications where accurate and reliable pressure control is essential, such as in mobile equipment or industrial machinery hydraulic circuits.
