The Hydraforce 5122753P (5122753P) is a direct-acting, poppet-type, proportional pressure relieving valve known as the TS58-20X. This valve is designed to regulate pressure proportionally to the input electrical current, making it highly effective for applications requiring precise pressure control. The valve operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until sufficient pressure at port 1 opens the valve. In the absence of electrical current, it allows free flow between these ports. The TS58-20X features compatibility with both 12 and 24 volt coils, and offers optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in harsh environments. It also includes an industry common cavity design for ease of integration into various hydraulic systems. Additionally, a 150 mesh screen can be used to protect port 1, ensuring longevity and reliability in operation. The back pressure is additive to the pressure setting at a 1:1 ratio, providing consistent performance across different conditions. This makes the Hydraforce TS58-20X suitable for a range of applications that demand reliable and adjustable pressure relief functionality.
