The Hydraforce 5122752P (5122752P) is a direct-acting, poppet-type, proportional pressure relieving valve designed for precise pressure regulation. This model, known as the TS58-20X, operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to open the valve. The regulated pressure is directly proportional to the input electrical current, allowing for accurate and responsive control within hydraulic systems. Notably, with no electrical current applied, the valve permits free flow from port 1 to port 2. The TS58-20X features standard 12 and 24-volt coils and offers optional waterproof E-Coils that are rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in harsh environments. Additionally, it includes an industry-common cavity design and provides an option to protect port 1 with a 150-mesh screen. The back pressure is additive to the pressure setting at a 1:1 ratio, ensuring reliable performance in various applications. This product is ideal for applications requiring precise control of hydraulic pressures in systems where space and efficiency are critical factors.
