The Hydraforce 5122749 (5122749) is a direct-acting, poppet-type, proportional pressure relieving valve designed for precise control of hydraulic systems. This valve, identified by its model code TS58-20X, regulates pressure proportionally to the input electrical current, providing an efficient solution for managing system pressures. The valve features a standard 150 mesh screen protection at port 1 and allows back pressure to be added to the pressure setting at a 1:1 ratio. In operation, the TS58-20X blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to open the valve. When no current is applied, it permits free flow from port 1 to port 2. The product is available with both 12 and 24 volt coils as standard options and offers optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in harsh environments. Additionally, it fits industry common cavities, making it versatile for integration into various hydraulic systems.
