The Hydraforce 5122747 (5122747) is a direct-acting, poppet-type, proportional pressure relieving valve known as the TS58-20X. It is designed to regulate pressure proportionally to the input electrical current, providing precise control in hydraulic systems. The valve operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until sufficient pressure at port 1 opens the valve. In the absence of electrical current, it allows free flow between these ports. This model is equipped with standard 12 and 24-volt coils and offers an optional waterproof E-Coil variant rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in harsh environments. Additionally, it features an industry-common cavity and can accommodate a 150 mesh screen at port 1 for added protection. The back pressure is additive to the pressure setting at a 1:1 ratio, ensuring consistent performance across various applications.
