The Hydraforce 5122742 (5122742) is a direct-acting, poppet-type, proportional pressure relieving valve designed to provide precise pressure control in hydraulic systems. This valve, identified by its model code TS58-20X, regulates pressure proportionally to the input electrical current, making it an ideal choice for applications requiring variable pressure management. It features a robust design with the capability to block flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to open the valve. When no electrical current is applied, the valve allows free flow from port 1 to port 2. The TS58-20X comes standard with both 12 and 24-volt coils and offers optional waterproof E-Coils that are rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in harsh environments. Additionally, it includes an industry-common cavity and can be equipped with a protective 150 mesh screen at port 1 for added reliability. The back pressure is additive to the pressure setting at a 1:1 ratio, providing consistent performance across various operating conditions. This versatile valve is suitable for use in diverse hydraulic applications where precise control of fluid flow and pressure is critical.
