The Hydraforce 5122649 (5122649) is a high-accuracy, heavy-duty pressure sensor designed for use in demanding industrial and off-highway equipment. It achieves a 1% total error band accuracy by integrating a high-performance ASIC with a stable, field-proven polysilicon thin-film pressure sensor. This sensor features advanced ASIC technology, ensuring both reliability and precision. It maintains its accuracy across a temperature range from -20 to 85\u00b0C (-4 to 185\u00b0F) and is protected against reverse polarity and miswiring. The sensor's broad temperature capability, all-welded pressure construction, and high EMI/RFI rating make it suitable for challenging environments. Additionally, it boasts an IP67 ingress rating for protection against dust and water ingress and includes diagnostic rails at 4.5 V for enhanced monitoring capabilities.
