The Hydraforce 5122458 (5122458) is a direct-acting, single stage, poppet-type, proportional pressure relieving valve designed for precise pressure regulation in hydraulic systems. This valve, identified by the model code TS38-20, operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to counteract the solenoid force induced by electrical input. When no electrical current is applied, it allows free flow between these ports. The regulated pressure is directly proportional to the input electrical current, making it suitable for applications requiring variable pressure control based on electrical signals. The TS38-20 features an industry-standard cavity design and offers an optional manual override for added versatility in various hydraulic applications.
