The Hydraforce 5122373 (5122373) is a direct-acting, single-stage, poppet-type, proportional pressure-relieving valve known as the TS38-20. This valve is designed to regulate pressure proportionally to the input electrical current. Its operation involves blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 offsets the solenoid force induced by electrical input. When no current is applied, the valve allows free flow between these ports. The TS38-20 features an industry-common cavity and offers a manual override option for added versatility. This makes it suitable for applications where precise pressure control is required, particularly in hydraulic systems that demand responsive and adjustable pressure management.
