The Hydraforce 5122331 (5122331) is a direct-acting, single-stage, poppet-type, proportional pressure-relieving valve. This valve is designed to regulate pressure proportionally to the input electrical current, making it highly efficient for applications requiring precise pressure control. It operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to counteract the solenoid force induced electrically. In scenarios where no current is applied, the valve allows free flow between port 1 and port 2. The TS38-20 features an industry-common cavity and offers a manual override option for added flexibility in operation. This makes it suitable for various hydraulic systems where maintaining controlled pressure levels is critical.
