The Hydraforce 5121937 (5121937) is a direct-acting, single-stage, poppet-type, proportional pressure-relieving valve designed for precise control in hydraulic systems. This model, known as the TS08-20X, regulates pressure proportionally to the input electrical current, allowing for accurate and responsive system performance. When no electrical current is applied, the valve permits free flow from port 1 to port 2. However, when sufficient pressure builds at port 1, it offsets the solenoid force induced by electric current to block the flow effectively. The TS08-20X features standard 12 and 24-volt coils and offers optional waterproof E-Coils that are rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in challenging environments. It fits into an industry-common cavity for ease of integration into existing systems. This valve is particularly suited for applications requiring reliable pressure control with variable input currents and is built to withstand demanding conditions with its robust construction and advanced sealing technology.
