The Hydraforce 5074017 (5074017) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally open, poppet-type screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. This valve is expertly designed to function as a load holding or blocking valve in applications that demand low internal leakage at high pressure. In its default state, when de-energized, the SF20-23 poppet lifts to allow flow from port 2 to port 1, while also permitting flow from port 1 to port 2. Upon energization, the cartridge transitions to act as a check valve, effectively blocking flow from port 2 to port 1 and allowing reverse flow. This model features a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat for enhanced longevity and minimal leakage.
