The Hydraforce 5069219 (5069219) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally open, poppet-type, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. It is specifically designed to function as a load-holding or blocking valve in applications requiring low internal leakage. When de-energized, the SV16-21 poppet lifts to open the port 2 to port 1 flow path, while flow from port 1 to 2 is severely restricted. When energized, the flow path from port 2 to port 1 closes, allowing the valve to act as a check valve that permits flow from port 1 to port 2 after overcoming the solenoid force, which requires between 50 and 100 psi (3.4 to 6.9 bar). This product features a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat for long life and low leakage. It offers optional coil voltages and terminations along with efficient wet-armature construction. The cartridges are voltage interchangeable and come with a unitized, molded coil design. A manual override option is available for added flexibility.
