The Hydraforce 5069146 (5069146) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally open, poppet-type screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. This valve is specifically designed to function as a load-holding or blocking valve in applications that demand low internal leakage. In its de-energized state, the SV16-21 poppet lifts to open the flow path from port 2 to port 1, while severely restricting flow from port 1 to port 2. When energized, it closes the flow path from port 2 to port 1 and acts as a check valve, allowing flow from port 1 to port 2 only after overcoming the solenoid force of approximately 50 to 100 psi (3.4 to 6.9 bar).
