The Hydraforce 5069119 (5069119) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally open, poppet-type hydraulic cartridge valve. This valve is designed to function as a load-holding or blocking valve in applications where low internal leakage is essential. When de-energized, the SV16-21 poppet lifts to open the flow path from port 2 to port 1, while severely restricting flow from port 1 to port 2. Upon energization, the flow path from port 2 to port 1 is closed, and the valve acts as a check valve allowing flow from port 1 to port 2 after overcoming the solenoid force, which requires between 50 to 100 psi (3.4 to 6.9 bar).
