The Hydraforce 5069106 (5069106) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally open, poppet-type screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. This versatile component is specifically engineered to function as a load-holding or blocking valve in applications that demand low internal leakage. When de-energized, the SV16-21 poppet lifts to open the port 2 to port 1 flow path, while flow from port 1 to port 2 is significantly restricted. Conversely, when energized, the flow path from port 2 to port 1 is closed, allowing the valve to act as a check valve that permits flow from port 1 to port 2 after overcoming the solenoid force of approximately 50 to 100 psi (3.4 to 6.9 bar).
