The Hydraforce 5069086 (5069086) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally open, poppet-type screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. This valve is designed to function as a load-holding or blocking valve in applications requiring low internal leakage. When de-energized, the SV16-21 poppet lifts to open the flow path from port 2 to port 1, while flow from port 1 to port 2 is severely restricted. Upon energizing, the flow path from port 2 to port 1 is closed, allowing the valve to act as a check valve that permits flow from port 1 to port 2 after overcoming a solenoid force ranging between 50 and 100 psi (3.4 to 6.9 bar).
