The Hydraforce 5069064V (5069064V) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally open, poppet-type, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. It is specifically designed to function as a load-holding or blocking valve in applications that require low internal leakage. In its de-energized state, the SV16-21 poppet lifts to open the flow path from port 2 to port 1 while severely restricting flow from port 1 to port 2. When energized, the flow path from port 2 to port 1 is closed, allowing it to act as a check valve that permits flow from port 1 to port 2 after overcoming the solenoid force with a pressure requirement of 50 to 100 psi (3.4 to 6.9 bar). This valve features a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat for enhanced durability and minimal leakage. It offers optional coil voltages and terminations along with efficient wet-armature construction. The cartridges are voltage interchangeable, and there is an option for manual override. Additionally, it can be equipped with optional waterproof E-Coils that are rated up to IP69K for demanding environments.
