The Hydraforce 5069045 (5069045) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally open, poppet-type, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. This versatile component is engineered to function as a load-holding or blocking valve in applications that demand low internal leakage. When de-energized, the SV16-21 poppet lifts to open the flow path from port 2 to port 1 while severely restricting flow from port 1 to port 2. Upon energization, the valve closes the flow path from port 2 to port 1 and acts as a check valve, permitting flow from port 1 to port 2 only after overcoming the solenoid force of 50 to 100 psi (3.4 to 6.9 bar).
