The Hydraforce 5069004P (5069004P) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally open, poppet-type, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. It is specifically designed to function as a load-holding or blocking valve in applications that require low internal leakage. In its de-energized state, the SV16-21 poppet lifts to open the flow path from port 2 to port 1, while flow from port 1 to port 2 is severely restricted. When energized, the flow path from port 2 to port 1 is closed, and the valve acts as a check valve that allows flow from port 1 to port 2 after overcoming the solenoid force of approximately 50 to 100 psi (3.4 to 6.9 bar). This product features a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat for extended life and minimal leakage. It offers optional coil voltages and terminations along with efficient wet-armature construction. The cartridges are voltage interchangeable, and the unitized molded coil design includes a manual override option.
