The Hydraforce 5062011 (5062011) is a solenoid-operated, 2-port, normally closed, poppet-type, proportional, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. Specifically engineered for low leakage blocking and load-holding applications, this valve is notable for its efficient design and reliable performance. When de-energized, the SP16-20 configuration functions as a check valve, permitting fluid flow from port 1 to port 2 while preventing flow in the reverse direction from port 2 to port 1. Upon energization, the poppet mechanism lifts to facilitate the flow path from port 2 to port 1; however, flow from port 1 to port 2 becomes significantly restricted in this state. This hydraulic cartridge valve features a continuous-duty rated coil and utilizes efficient wet-armature construction for enhanced durability and performance. For added versatility and user convenience, manual override options are available. Additionally, optional waterproof E-Coils can be incorporated into the design for applications requiring high water resistance, with ratings up to IP69K ensuring robust protection against dust and high-pressure water ingress. The valve fits into an industry-standard cavity which simplifies integration into existing systems or new installations. Overall, the Hydraforce 5062011 is well-suited for applications where precise control over fluid flow is essential while maintaining low leakage rates and holding loads effectively in hydraulic systems.
