The Hydraforce 5061938 (5061938) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally open, poppet-type, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. This component is specifically designed to function as a load-holding or blocking valve in applications where low internal leakage is essential. When de-energized, the SV16-21 poppet lifts to open the flow path from port 2 to port 1, while flow from port 1 to port 2 is significantly restricted. Upon energizing, the valve closes the flow path from port 2 to port 1 and acts as a check valve that permits flow from port 1 to port 2 once the solenoid force of 50 to 100 psi (3.4 to 6.9 bar) is overcome.
