The Hydraforce 5061838 (5061838) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally open, poppet-type screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. This versatile component is engineered to function as a load-holding or blocking valve in applications that demand low internal leakage. In its default state when de-energized, the SV16-21 poppet lifts to facilitate flow from port 2 to port 1, while severely restricting flow from port 1 to port 2. Upon energization, the valve closes the port 2 to port 1 flow path and acts as a check valve, permitting flow from port 1 to port 2 once the solenoid force of between 50 to 100 psi (3.4 to 6.9 bar) is overcome.
