The Hydraforce 5061808 (5061808) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally open, poppet-type screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. It is specifically designed to function as a load-holding or blocking valve in applications that require low internal leakage. In its de-energized state, the SV16-21 poppet lifts to open the flow path from port 2 to port 1 while severely restricting flow from port 1 to port 2. When energized, the flow path from port 2 to port 1 is closed, and the valve acts as a check valve, allowing flow from port 1 to port 2 only after overcoming the solenoid force, which requires between 50 and 100 psi (3.4 to 6.9 bar). This product features a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat for long life and minimal leakage.
