The Hydraforce 5061083 (5061083) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally open, poppet-type, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. It is specifically designed to function as a load-holding or blocking valve in applications that require low internal leakage. When de-energized, the SV16-21 poppet lifts to open the port 2 to port 1 flow path, while flow from port 1 to 2 is severely restricted. When energized, this flow path is closed, and the valve acts as a check valve, allowing flow from port 1 to port 2 after overcoming the solenoid force which requires between 50 to 100 psi (3.4 to 6.9 bar). The valve features a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat for extended life and minimal leakage. It offers optional coil voltages and terminations along with efficient wet-armature construction. Cartridges are voltage interchangeable for versatility in various applications.
