The Hydraforce 5061041 (5061041) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally open, poppet-type, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. It is specifically designed to function as a load-holding or blocking valve in applications that require low internal leakage. When de-energized, the SV16-21 poppet lifts to open the port 2 to port 1 flow path, while flow from port 1 to 2 is severely restricted. Upon energization, the valve closes the port 2 to port 1 flow path and acts as a check valve, allowing flow from port 1 to port 2 after overcoming the solenoid force, which requires between 50 to 100 psi (3.4 to 6.9 bar). The valve features a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat for long life and low leakage. It offers optional coil voltages and terminations along with efficient wet-armature construction.
