The Hydraforce 5060067 (5060067) is a solenoid-operated, 2-port, normally closed, poppet-type, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. This valve is specifically designed to serve as a load-holding or blocking valve in various applications where low internal leakage is crucial. Functionally, when the SV is de-energized, it operates as a check valve by allowing fluid flow from port 1 to port 2 while blocking the flow from port 2 to port 1. Upon energization, the poppet lifts to facilitate an open flow path from port 1 to port 2 and also permits flow from port 2 to port 1. The valve features a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat that ensures long life and maintains minimal leakage. It also boasts efficient wet-armature construction and interchangeable voltage cartridges that enhance its versatility and ease of use in various hydraulic systems. The unitized, molded coil design contributes to its robustness and reliability in demanding environments. Additionally, the Hydraforce 5060067 offers optional coil voltages and terminations allowing for customization according to specific application requirements. For enhanced operational flexibility, it includes a manual override option. The optional waterproof E-Coils are rated up to IP69K, providing significant protection against ingress of dust and water, making this valve suitable for use in harsh conditions. Furthermore, its industry-common cavity design allows for easy integration or replacement in existing hydraulic systems without the need for extensive modifications.
