The Hydraforce 5060063 (5060063) is a solenoid-operated, 4-port, normally closed, poppet-type hydraulic cartridge valve. This valve is specifically designed to operate as a load-holding or blocking valve in systems requiring minimal internal leakage. In its default state when de-energized, the SV model functions effectively as a check valve by allowing hydraulic fluid to flow from port 1 to port 2 while simultaneously blocking flow from port 2 to port 1. Upon energization, the poppet lifts and opens the pathway from port 2 to port 1, also permitting flow from port 1 to port 2. Notable for its continuous-duty rated coil and hardened seat, the Hydraforce 5060063 ensures durability and maintains low leakage over extended periods of use. The valve features efficient wet-armature construction and offers various optional coil voltages and terminations to suit diverse operational requirements. Its cartridges are voltage interchangeable which adds flexibility in usage across different systems with varying voltage levels. Additionally, this model boasts a unitized, molded coil design enhancing its robustness and reliability in harsh environments. An optional manual override provides additional control in managing flow paths manually if needed. For applications demanding higher protection against moisture ingress, there are optional waterproof E-Coils available that are rated up to IP69K, ensuring performance integrity in wet conditions. The standardized industry-common cavity design of this model facilitates easy installation and compatibility with existing systems using similar cavity specifications.
