The Hydraforce 5060020 (5060020) is a solenoid-operated, 2-port, normally closed, poppet-type hydraulic cartridge valve. It is specifically designed to operate as a load-holding or blocking valve in systems where low internal leakage is critical. The valve's functionality is twofold: when de-energized, it acts as a check valve by allowing fluid flow from port 1 to port 2 while blocking the flow from port 2 to port 1; when energized, the poppet lifts to open the pathway from port 2 to port 1, also permitting flow from port 1 to port 2. This dual capability makes it versatile for various hydraulic circuit applications.
The model features a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat that ensures long life and maintains minimal leakage. Its efficient wet-armature construction enhances its performance in rigorous conditions. The unitized, molded coil design along with optional coil voltages and terminations provide adaptability for different system requirements. Additionally, the manual override option offers an extra level of control in managing system operations.
For environments requiring robust durability, there are optional waterproof E-Coils available which are rated up to IP69K, ensuring protection against ingress of dust and high-temperature high-pressure water jets. Moreover, this valve fits an industry-common cavity which simplifies installation processes and increases compatibility with existing systems.
