Its operation is straightforward: when de-energized, the SVX model acts as a check valve, allowing fluid flow to pass from port 1 to port 2 while blocking flow in the reverse direction. Upon energization, the poppet lifts to open the flow path between ports 1 and 2; however, in this mode, flow from port 1 to port 2 is severely restricted.
