The Hydraforce 5044046 (5044046) is a solenoid-operated, 3-way, normally closed, poppet-type, proportional, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. This valve is specifically designed for low leakage blocking and load-holding applications in hydraulic systems. When the valve is de-energized, it functions as a check valve, allowing flow from one port to another while blocking the reverse flow. Upon energization, the poppet lifts to open up the flow path in the opposite direction.
The 5044046 features a continuous-duty rated coil and efficient wet-armature construction which enhances its reliability and performance under continuous operational conditions. It also includes a manual override option which provides additional control flexibility in system operation and troubleshooting. The optional waterproof E-Coils are rated up to IP69K, offering robust performance in environments where moisture or particulate ingress is a concern. Additionally, this model comes with an industry common cavity which allows for easy installation and compatibility with existing systems.
