The Hydraforce 5044018 (5044018) is a solenoid-operated, 3-way, normally closed, poppet-type, proportional, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. This valve is specifically designed for low leakage blocking and load-holding applications. In its operation, when de-energized, the 5044018 functions as a check valve, permitting flow from one port to another while effectively blocking flow in the opposite direction. Upon energization, the poppet lifts to open up the flow path between ports.
