The Hydraforce 5041033 (5041033) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally open, poppet-type, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. Its primary function is to act as a load holding or blocking valve in systems that require minimal internal leakage. The operation of this valve is straightforward: when de-energized, it allows fluid flow from port 1 to port 2, while restricting flow from port 2 to port 1. Upon energization, the valve’s poppet seals against its seat to block flow from port 1 to port 2 entirely. This configuration enables the valve to also serve as a check valve, permitting flow from port 2 to port 1 once the solenoid force is overcome.
Key features of the Hydraforce 5041033 include a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat which ensures longevity and maintains low leakage. It offers flexibility with optional coil voltages and terminations and boasts an efficient wet-armature construction. The cartridges are voltage interchangeable which enhances adaptability for various system requirements. Its unitized, molded coil design aids in robust operation and maintenance ease. Additionally, manual override options are available for increased operational control. For environments demanding higher protection standards, optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K are available. This model is designed within a cost-effective cavity which aids in reducing overall system costs while maintaining high performance and reliability.
