The Hydraforce 5040093 (5040093) is a solenoid-operated, 2-way, normally closed, poppet-type, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. This valve is specifically designed to function as a load holding or blocking valve in various applications that demand low internal leakage. When de-energized, the SV model acts as a check valve by allowing fluid flow from port 1 to port 2, while simultaneously blocking flow in the reverse direction. Upon energization, the poppet lifts to open the flow path from port 1 to port 2, also permitting flow from port 2 to port 1.
Key features of this model include a continuous-duty rated coil and a hardened seat that ensures long life and minimal leakage. Its efficient wet-armature construction enhances its performance while interchangeable voltage cartridges add versatility across different systems. The unitized, molded coil design supports durability and reliability in demanding environments. Additionally, it offers optional coil voltages and terminations to suit varied electrical requirements.
For enhanced operational flexibility, the Hydraforce 5040093 comes with a manual override option. It also supports optional waterproof E-Coils that are rated up to IP69K for superior protection against dust and moisture ingress. This makes it an ideal choice for applications requiring robust performance in challenging conditions. The valve's cost-effective cavity design further ensures that it can be integrated efficiently into various hydraulic systems without necessitating significant modifications.
